1. What should I expect?

We take an individualized approach therapy. To get a better idea of what to expect from a therapy session, we’d suggest booking a free consultation. 

2. Do I really need therapy—I should be able to solve my own “problems”?! 

Starting therapy does not mean you are unable to help yourself. Therapy offers a unique space for you to explore what it means to be a person. In our sessions, we navigate “all the stuff” that comes with life in a warm, compassionate, more objective, kind and safe environment. We all are allowed to ask for help.

3. My “problems” probably aren’t that bad—do I have a right to go to therapy?

Your emotions and feelings are valid, we all have different experiences.

4. What if I decide I don’t like therapy? 

This answer is simple- you do not have to come back :)!

5. How much does it cost?

The cost is based on on your insurance carrier/plan. We’re in network with the following insurances:

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

Blue Choice

Cigna and Evernorth

United Healthcare/UBH

Aetna PPO

Accept out of network benefits as well.

We’re happy to check your insurance benefits prior to your first meeting. 

6. How do I access my therapy session?

Currently, we’re only providing therapy via Telehealth (virtual therapy). You will be sent a link to join therapy from your computer.
